All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
2. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.

3. Refunds & Adjustments

Due to the nature of salon services, all sales are final.

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought into the salon.
